About This Activity
The Great Summer Cook-off - Camp Leader- Justin Wilson, Chef/Manager at Summit School - July 29 - August 2 - 9 am - 2 pm - Rising 7th, 8th & 9th Graders - $310 (lunch included) - Develop skills and knowledge of cooking; including the safe and proper use of kitchen equipment, proper terminology, measurements, and time management. - Expand teamwork and problem-solving - Appropriate for beginners or those with limited previous experience - Class will culminate with a competition on Friday. Campers will be divided into teams that will compete in a “Cuthroat Kitchen” style competition with local “celebrity” judges and prizes. Parents are welcome to attend.
