About This Activity
Welcome to our Culinary Kids Camp, where young chefs will learn how to make delicious and essential recipes that everyone should know. Each day there will be a focus on important kitchen skills such as cutting, measuring, tasting, and safety. Our kids will discover their inner chef as they create mouth-watering dishes and desserts over the course of four days. AGES 7-16 PRICE $300 Day 1: Pasta Perfection On the first day, our aspiring chefs will learn how to make a classic Italian dish – spaghetti and meatballs – from scratch. They will also whip up some garlic bread and toss together a Caesar salad. And for dessert? Our campers will get to indulge in a scrumptious Crispy Cream Bread Pudding. Day 2: Comfort Food Favorites On day two, our young chefs will tackle some comforting and hearty dishes. They'll learn how to make crispy chicken cutlets, creamy mashed potatoes, and a delicious fruit crisp with custard parfait. Day 3: Mexican Fiesta On the third day of camp, our young chefs will learn how to prepare an Enchilada casserole, along with fresh guacamole. And for a sweet treat, they will bake double chocolate muffins using freshly milled flour. Day 4: Chopped Challenge The final day of camp will be the ultimate "Chopped" inspired team challenge. Our chefs will work together in teams, utilizing all the skills they have learned throughout the week to create a dish that will impress our judges.
