Description
Starting this Autumn is our Inter-Village Youth Flag Football League for boys and girls in 3rd-8th Grade. This is a recreational league and will consist of park district teams from the following towns: Carol Stream, Warrenville, Hanover Park, Glendale Heights, Streamwood, Itasca and Wood Dale. This league was created with the objective to provide a fun and recreational environment while introducing flag football fundamentals and emphasizing teamwork. The season will consist of a six-game regular season followed by two weeks of playoffs. Practices are twice a week for one hour each. Older age groups will be combined (co-ed) if necessary.
Important Dates and InformationRegistration Deadline: August 17th Practices Begin: Week of August 24th Games Begin: Sunday, September 13th Games Conclude: Sunday, October 18th (playoffs to follow)
Practices and games take place at Community Park- 655 N. Wood Dale Road, Wood Dale IL, 60191.
