Calling on all middle school and high school aged kids who are interested in playing pickleball. This session of organized match play will be coordinated by a PPR Youth Development Certified Pickleball Instructor. Each session will consist of a review of the basic rules to match play, a warm-up and drilling period where basic skills will be taught. A series of doubles or singles matches are played with different partners and opponents. You will be matched with players of similar ages and skill levels to learn the basics of pickleball match play. You are not required to be experienced pickleball players; however, you should have the ability to serve and hit basic groundstrokes and volleys. If you are uncertain whether the match play session is the best option, consider signing up for the clinic (RP6837.701) that is run immediately prior to the match play session for an evaluation.
