Kids Musical Theatre (Thursday) Experience: Beginners welcome, additional experience is a plus! Rehearsals: 1st-5th Grade: Performers will rehearse every Thursday from 4-6 p.m. & every Sunday from 1:30 - 3:30 p.m. Auditions & Casting: Each performer who enrolls will perform in TWO casts. One cast will be their primary role (featured) and an ensemble role (dancing and singing in group numbers). Some performers will be cast in age-appropriate featured roles that they will perform twice. Performance Weekend(s) and Casting All Thursday group dress rehearsals will take place the week of April 20th-23rd, 2026. Performances will take place the weekend of April 24th-26th, 2026. You must be available for this entire weekend to participate. Your performer will perform in a minimum of two performances. (Performance days may include Thursday through Sunday of each week). Outside of religious and school activities, we can not accommodate any other special requests with show days. These conflicts must be included in this registration form. This will allow our directors and casting team more flexibility to cast each kid exactly where they want them to be. Siblings will be cast in the same cast(s). Program Duration: 1/22/26 - 4/26/26 What Happens In Rehearsals? Kids will work in an interactive and creative environment where they will be taught singing, dancing, acting, and choreography specific to the musical being rehearsed. REHEARSAL LOCATION: January-February Rehearsals will be located at the Chaparral Elementary MPR. March-End of Session Rehearsals will be located at Class Act Theatre.
