Kids Musical Theatre (Wednesday) Experience: Beginners welcome; additional experience is a plus! Rehearsals: 1st-5th Grade: Performers will rehearse every Wednesday from 4-6 p.m. & every Sunday from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Auditions & Casting: Each performer who enrolls will perform in TWO casts. One cast will be their primary role (featured role), and the other will be an ensemble role (dancing and singing in group numbers). Younger performers will be cast in age-appropriate featured roles that they will perform twice. Performance Weekend(s) and Casting: Wednesday Group Dress Rehearsals: April 26th-29th, 2027 Wednesday Group Performance Weekend: April 30th-May 2nd, 2027 You must be available for this entire weekend to participate. Your performer will perform in a minimum of two performances. (Performance days may include Thursday through Sunday of each week). Outside of religious and school activities, we cannot accommodate any other special requests for show days. These conflicts must be included in this registration form. This will allow our directors and casting team more flexibility to cast each kid exactly where they want them to be. Siblings will be cast in the same cast(s). Program Duration: January 20th, 2027 - May 2nd, 2027 What Happens In Rehearsals? Kids will work in an interactive and creative environment where they will learn singing, dancing, acting, and choreography specific to the musical being rehearsed. REHEARSAL LOCATION: Most January and February rehearsals will be at Chaparral Elementary. All remaining rehearsals will be located at Class Act Theatre.
