REGISTRATION FOR WOOSTER PLAYERS
Player is required to be enrolled in a Wooster School
GAMES:
Games take place Saturdays, September 19 - October 24 as scheduled between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:00pm. Games will take place at the Wooster Soccer Complex.
Make-Up Games: If any games should be cancelled, Saturday, October 31st will be the designated make-up date.
JERSEYS:
Jerseys are new as of Fall 2023. All players are required to have a Wooster Recreation jersey, but purchasing a new jersey each season is not required.
Registration Deadline- August 16 or until full
Child being registered must be in enrolled in 7th or 8th grade during the 2026/2027 School Year.
Please note that if you have not completed and turned in a Youth Participation Waiver for your child within the last year, you will need to do so before the program starts.
Participation waivers can be accessed by opening the following link in a new window Youth Waiver Link and scrolling down to the participation waivers section to fill out and submit the waiver online.
The form is valid for one year from the date it is signed and can be used for multiple programs offered through the Wooster Recreation and Community Center.
Lindsay's Law NOTICE - No child will be placed on a roster for ANY sports offered by the Wooster Recreation and Community Center until a form is on file with our department.
