Intro to Mindful Art Workshop (1 session) (Fall #2) Adult | Beginner Instructor: Erin Scaia (Fall #2) Friday, November 14 10:00am – 1:00pm In this 3-hour workshop students will learn simple and fun mindful art practices that promote relaxation, stress relief, and an increased sense of well-being. These are exercises anyone can do regardless of skill level. With mindful art there is no "right" or "wrong" way to do it. It's about the process, not the outcome. By the end of the workshop students will have the tools to continue practicing mindfulness through art on their own. FEE: $30 Enrile Classroom, Lower Level Approx.
