Intro to Mindful Art Workshop (1 session) Adults | Beginner Instructor: Erin Scaia Friday, January 30 1:00pm – 4:00pm In this 3-hour workshop, students will learn simple and fun mindful art practices that promote relaxation, stress relief, and an increased sense of well-being. These are exercises anyone can do regardless of skill level. With mindful art there is no "right" or "wrong" way to do it; it's about the process, not the outcome. By the end of the workshop, students will have the tools to continue practicing mindfulness through art on their own. FEE: $30 Enrile Classroom, Lower Level Approx.
