Intro to Mindful Art (1 session) Adults | Beginner Instructor: Erin Scaia Saturday, August 8 10:00am – 1:00pm In this 3-hour workshop you will learn simple and fun mindful art practices that promote relaxation, stress relief, and an increased sense of well-being.
