Mansee Singhi is a Columbus-based dance performer, choreographer, and teacher. She shares her artistry with creative aging groups, designing sessions for older adults with movement-based challenges and focusing on connecting through expressivity. Combined with yoga and breathing exercises, her sessions support the healing of mind, body, and soul. Meenal Singhal is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
