About This Activity
Description
Feel the beat, move your feet. Improve motor skills, express creativity, and develop spatial awareness. Discover the fundamentals of jazz and hip-hop through easy-to-follow steps and fun, high-energy music. Improve strength, flexibility, and balance while moving and grooving to funky tunes. Comfortable athletic attire, jazz shoes, and/or sneakers are recommended.
