Description
Step onto the mat and train with purpose! Build discipline, boost confidence, and improve physical fitness through traditional Nakaya-Ha Karate-Do. Practice self-defense techniques, perform kata to develop muscle memory, and apply techniques through controlled sparring. Emphasizing focus, respect, and the balance of strength and technique in every movement.$30 belt testing fee. Sparring students need shin guards, open finger-padded grappling gloves, and protective equipment. White Gi required for yellow belts and above. Wear athletic clothes. Parent observation permitted.
