Through guided instruction from an E-RYT 500 certified yoga instructor, improve circulation and increase flexibility and strength while calming your mind. This mind-body workout improves overall conditioning, functional strength, flexibility, muscle balance, and relaxation. It is also adaptable to most any physical condition. No prior yoga experience necessary. No class 10/13, 10/17, 10/31, and 12/26.
