Namaste! Improve flexibility, build strength, and enhance body control. Discover the basics of yoga, develop a personal flow of movements, and lead your peers through a series of instructions. Understand how to connect movements to breath and refresh the mind. Enjoy crafts, games, and activities with your fellow yogis. $10 supply fee payable to instructor at first class.
$10 supply fee payable to instructor at first class. Refund policy for City of Wylie facilitated Camps - Request received no later than Friday by noon for scheduled start on the following Monday. Refund requests made after the time limitations listed above forfeits any and all refund.
