Description
Deepen your yoga practice and challenge your body and mind during this intermediate-level class. Build strength, flexibility, and endurance through a dynamic blend of yoga styles, including Yin, Flow, and Yoga Sculpt. Ideal for those with a working knowledge of basic yoga poses and alignment. Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies, take breaks, and modify where needed. Yoga attire is required. No class 10/29.
