Body, mind, and soul. Gain muscle strength, improve core balance, and increase overall relaxation through essential Yoga poses and breathing techniques. Coordinate breathing with movement to improve mental and physical health and release stress. No prior Yoga experience necessary. No class 10/29, 11/24, and 11/26.
