How Late Enrollment Works Thank you for your interest in our programs! Since our session has already begun, we use a waitlist process to ensure we can accommodate your child while maintaining our quality class experience. For safety purposes, our partner schools need time to process a new enrollment before a child can begin class. If we have space for your child, their first class will be at least 5 business days from the time you confirm and complete payment. The Enrollment Process Step 1: Submit Your Waitlist Request When you submit this form, you're joining our Late Enrollment Waitlist. This is not an automatic enrollment – we need to verify class availability first. Step 2: We Check Availability Our team will review your requested program(s) to determine: Current class capacity Available instructor support Appropriate start date for your child Step 3: We Contact You via Text Within 1-2 business days, we'll text you with one of two outcomes: If Space is Available: We'll confirm: Your child's approved enrollment Their start date (minimum 5 business days from confirmation) Payment amount and method Once you confirm and complete payment, your child is officially enrolled! If No Space is Currently Available: We'll let you know your child remains on the waitlist and will contact you if a spot opens up during the semester. Important Notes Pricing: All programs are $21.00 per class and run the entire spring semester. Final price is dependent on the school and program selected as they vary. Tuition for late enrollments is prorated based on remaining classes We maintain small class sizes for quality instruction, so space may be limited Waitlist priority is first-come, first-served Questions?
