Summer is coming to an end and the holidays will be upon us soon, so it's time to get into shape!. Join Cardio Kick and kick your metabolism into high gear, so you can look and feel great! This class is never the same workout twice. Instructor Dani Kline incorporates cardio kickboxing, strength training and abdominal work for the perfect combination that will burn hundreds of calories and get those long, lean muscles you’ve always dreamed of. Cardio Kick can be made challenging enough for those who have been working out and modified for those just beginning their fitness journey.
Please bring a mat and 3-8 lb weights.
No class on 9/12, 10/3, 10/31, 11/2 and 11/23.
