Learn the traditional Japanese martial art of Kendo through structured drills and partner practice. Open to all ages, this class builds discipline, focus, and fitness while teaching fundamental strikes, footwork, and etiquette using bamboo swords and protective armor. Visit us at www.ildokendo.com.
A material fee of $50 is payable to instructor at the first class meeting.
