About This Activity
Studies have shown that children who do not read over summer can lose up to three months of progress! Mrs. Owens has designed this class to help them stay refreshed with their reading fluency and comprehension skills. Each day will incorporate a new genre and will give the students an opportunity to explore character traits, practice predicting, recognizing connections, and making inferences. Keep their minds active and enroll today! **There will be NO class on Thursday due to the Juneteenth Holiday. Specialty class will run on Friday. *English Proficiency Required
