Join this fun and hands-on three‑day workshop exploring food science and aquatic creatures. In the morning session, participants will dive into food science topics such as cheese, honey, and bread. In the afternoon session, they will learn about fascinating aquatic creatures including sea urchins, stingrays, and jellyfish. Your child will get up close with fresh or preserved specimens and ingredients, perform dissections, and participate in exciting biology activities using real lab tools and equipment. Families may choose either the morning or afternoon session, or combine both for a full‑day experience featuring both great themes.A material fee of $57 is payable to the instructor on the first day of class.
No nuts in class but please indicate allergies if any.
Please bring a snack and water.
