In this hands-on camp, elementary students will explore some of America’s most influential inventions and the foods that became cultural favorites. Makers will build projects inspired by cameras, telephones, assembly lines, and early automobiles. They’ll also step into the kitchen to create classic American treats such as chicken nuggets, cola, and hamburgers. Kitoodle Creators is a STEAM Maker program where students apply Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math concepts to bring real projects to life. Younger makers build confidence as they create useful items and delicious foods, while older students dive deeper into design, engineering, and problem-solving. Every child experiences the satisfaction of completing projects they can use, share, or proudly gift to others.A material fee of $85 is payable to the instructor at the first-class meeting.Bring a sack lunch/snack.
