A weekly swim session - Friday 4:30-5:30pm A different focus each week e.g. Open water skills, sighting, deep water starts, drafting, breathing, body position etc... Only available to children on Junior Triathlon programme and York Sport Swim Scheme. You must be able to swim 100m (preferably front crawl). Pool guidelines: - In order to ensure the smooth running of lessons we ask that parents would not enter poolside. - Please ensure that you arrive ready for the session. - Please also remember to bring a labelled water bottle to keep hydrated during the swim sessions. No sharing of equipment. - Don’t forget your swim hat if you have long hair and your swimming goggles.
