At home Academic & Enrichment Program. The Club-in-a-Box has a variety of activities and materials that your child would normally have access to at their Boys & Girls Club. The activities included contain academic, athletic, social, recreational and enrichment elements that we implement into our daily activities at the Club. At time of enrollment we need proof of residence and income. These documents will need to be uploaded to your ActiveWorks account PRIOR to your child receiving a box. Proof of Residence can be anything with your name and current address on it. Proof of income can be a Notice of Action, benefits letter, unemployment or paystub (We do not accept EBT cards or food stamps as proof of income). If you receive any type of aid, be sure to fill out forms completely and submit copies and talk to staff about how we may be able to assist with basic needs including food and hygiene products when available. Our Club staff will contact you once per week to check on your child’s progress and answer any questions that you may have. We hope that your child will find these activities fun, enriching and just as enjoyable as they do while at the Club. Remember, we will get through this together! Rest assured that these items were assembled with care and safety. Our Club team is following all CDC safety requirements and recommendations to be sure we do our part in preventing the spread of COVID-19. Welcome new Club members and families! The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Antelope Valley is the premier youth agency providing great programs and activities to all our local youth. As a member of the Club you will enjoy all the rights and privileges that come with membership once facilities open up, including our great Games room, Computer Lab and trained, professional staff that will provide high-quality programs that closely align with the developmental needs of youth.
