6-Week Sessions -- This class will help you reduce stress, support you to relax your mind and muscles while calming the nervous system. You will learn techniques to release stagnant energy from the body and improve lymphatic flow. Practicing self-compassion by using positive affirmations and coming into a meditative Yoga Nidra/Savasana will end this practice. This class is offered through Zoom and you’ll receive the link after you register. (No class on Nov. 11 due to the holiday.)
