About This Activity
Beginner Teen Sailing is for all teens, regardless of sailing experience. The program focuses on fostering a love for the outdoors and the water. Participants learn the basics in a fun and supportive environment. In this unique course, once the basics have been covered, the class guides the rest of the journey! Instructors can teach advanced sailing skills and plan destination sails or lead the STEM curriculum and provide hands-on science activities. The possibilities are endless and the experience is one of a kind. We aim to build engaged, conscientious teens who want to help guide their own experience and form lasting connections with their peers. Age: 13 -16 years old This class primarily uses: Club Flying Junior (CFJ) & Laser sailboats THERE IS NO CAMP ON THE FOURTH OF JULY!
