About This Activity
Seasoned Sailing is for returning or intermediate sailors who have mastered the basics. It starts with a refresher, then transitions to new skills like close-quarters boat handling, sail theory, and distance sailing. The emphasis is on fun and safety on the water. Seasoned Sailing combines sailing with shore-side STEM activities. Seasoned sailors begin to take a leadership role and watch out for the safety of their fellow sailors too! Sailors gain confidence and pride as their skills improve and as they move towards independence on the water. Age: 8 -12 years old This class primarily uses Sail Cube sailboats THERE IS NO CAMP ON THE FOURTH OF JULY!
