Teen Sailing is a two week full-day camp for all teens, from beginners to experienced sailors. Everyone gets involved—experienced sailors guide and help teach beginners, while all participants navigate, sail, and explore. Most sailing happens in Club Flying Junior (CFJ) sailboats, with two or three teens per boat and an instructor nearby in a safety boat to teach and support. Days are filled with adventure on the SF Bay, from learning to handle boats and read the wind to sailing to exciting destinations. It’s physically challenging, rewarding, and exhilarating—a true taste of freedom on the water. Instructors support skill-building, advanced sailing, destination sails, and hands-on STEM activities, while encouraging teens to take ownership, work as a team, and form lasting friendships. Teen Sailing is about growth, adventure, and discovering the thrill of the Bay. *No camp on Juneteenth 6/19* Primary Boat(s): Club Flying Junior (CFJ) sailboats.
