This six-part series is designed for backyard gardeners that want to improve their skills and knowledge to grow their own food. Sessions, taught by Community Agriculture staff as well as guest speakers, will include garden set up, soil health and composting, seed starting, pest management, planning and record keeping, and more. All lessons will be focused on organic gardening without the use of persistent, generic, and synthetic herbicides, pesticides, and fertilizers.
