About This Activity
Description
Sea Lion (6 - 14 years; Learn-to-Swim Level 5) is for participants who have successfully completed the Manta Ray class or are able to swim 50 yards of the front crawl with rotary breathing and 25 yards of elementary backstroke. Stroke refinement skills: diving, surface diving, flip turns, refinement of all 6 strokes, treading, and additional water safety. Dolphin (6 - 14 years; Learn-to-Swim Level 6) is for participants who have successfully completed the Sea Lion course or are able to swim a 100 yard IM. Stroke proficiency skills: efficiency and endurance in all 6 strokes, reciprocal practice, introduction to Jr Lifeguarding and Swim Team skills, and awareness-based water safety.
