Minnow (6 - 12 years, School Age Beginner Level) is for first time and beginning swimmers. It is a combination of the Polliwog and Frog levels with Introductory and fundamental swimming skills being the emphasis. Skills focused on in this level include entering and exiting the water, submerging, breath control, rhythmic breathing, floating, gliding, treading, forward propulsion, kicking, arm action, and basic safety.
Spring Swim Lesson registration will begin on December 1st. Classes will be held at the Antelope Aquatic Complex.
