About This Activity
Description
Sea Lion (Learn-to-Swim Level 5) is for participants who have successfully completed the Manta Ray class or are able to swim 25 yards of the front crawl, and elementary backstroke, with 15 yards of back crawl, side stroke, backstroke and butterfly with an ability to tread water for 2 minutes. Skills taught include butterfly, diving, swimming endurance, and introduction to breaststroke.
Dolphin (Learn-to-Swim Level 6) is for participants who are able to swim 50 yards. Skills include sidestroke, flip-turns, backstroke, diving, swimming endurance, treading and advanced swimming techniques.
