This program is designed to help young athletes build a strong foundation of fitness, athleticism, and confidence in a safe, supportive environment. Each class begins with a dynamic warm-up that includes balance work, mobility drills, and resistance band exercises to prime the nervous system, strengthen weak points, and improve flexibility. Students then spend time learning and practicing barbell lifts such as squats, power cleans, and deadlifts. These movements are excellent for developing strength, coordination, and athletic performance—particularly for the legs. Emphasis is placed on perfect technique, safety, and appropriate progression, ensuring every participant works at the level best suited for them. Classes conclude with conditioning work, incorporating cardio, plyometrics, and bodyweight exercises to round out each session.
