This enrichment is only open to Pre-First Students. This program introduces our youngest students to the joy of movement while building balance, coordination, and body awareness in a safe, playful environment. Each class begins with a fun warm-up, including games, balance activities, and mobility drills to get bodies moving and ready to learn. Students then practice age-appropriate strength and coordination skills using bodyweight exercises, light bands, and obstacle courses—no heavy equipment is used. Sessions wrap up with conditioning games that include running, jumping, and playful challenges designed to build speed, agility, and endurance—all while keeping things exciting and engaging. Through this enrichment, students will: Improve balance, coordination, and overall fitness Learn how to move safely and efficiently Build confidence, persistence, and a love for active play This is the perfect introduction to structured fitness for young children, blending fun with foundational movement skills they can use for years to come.
