About This Activity
Enjoy a night out while your children celebrate the season at Athens Academy! Parents’ Night Out is open to Athens Academy students, and ACAD students may bring a friend. On Friday, December 11, students will enjoy pizza, holiday bingo, ornament making, and a showing of The Grinch (2018). Preschool and 1st-grade students will make ornaments first, while students in 2nd grade and up play bingo. The groups will switch activities after 30 minutes. Parents’ Night Out Time: 5:30–9:00 p.m. Location: Barrett Hall Cost: $35 per family Schedule 5:30–5:45 p.m. — Check-in and drop-off at Barrett Hall 5:45–6:15 p.m. — Pizza dinner in Barrett Hall 6:15–6:45 p.m. — 2nd grade and up: Holiday bingo; preschool and 1st grade: Ornament making 6:45–7:15 p.m. — 2nd grade and up: Ornament making; preschool and 1st grade: Holiday bingo 7:15–9:00 p.m. — Watch The Grinch (2018) 9:00 p.m. — Parent pickup at Barrett Hall Optional Gift Wrapping Add gift wrapping for $65 per family, covering up to 15 gifts. Standard holiday-themed wrapping paper will be used. Parents must provide and attach a gift tag to each item. Each tag must clearly list the family name, who the gift is from, and who it is for. Gifts without a complete, clearly legible tag will not be wrapped. Gift drop-off: 5:30–5:45 p.m. at the Farmer Field House Gift pickup: 8:45–9:15 p.m. at the Farmer Field House
