Introduce your child to the joys and benefits of yoga in this fun, engaging class designed especially for preschoolers! Students will explore movement, mindfulness, and play while developing healthy habits that can last a lifetime. Each session will include: A breathing exercise to promote focus and calm A warm-up to prepare the body for movement Age-appropriate yoga poses to build strength and flexibility A yoga game to keep things fun and interactive Relaxation time to close with peace and balance Through yoga, children can experience increased strength and flexibility, improved attention and focus, better emotional regulation, and simple stress management techniques—all while having fun!
