Summer Camp/workouts: Join us this summer for workouts and practice before the high school season officially starts. Workout and training sessions will be three days a week. On Mondays, the focus will be placed on building team skills and game-like situations. Tuesdays and Thursdays will be focusing on improving positional abilities and end with an intense cardio conditioning to ensure you are ready for tryouts and the season. The summer will end with a 1 week camp where players will be given a more in-depth training with their grade level and skill level. 6/10-7/22 Mondays 6-8PM; Tuesdays and Thursdays 4-6:30PM For the week of 7/15-7/19, Tuesday and Thursday will be 6-8:30PM, Monday will continue to be 6-8PM For 7/29-8/2, we will have a High School Camp from 1-4:30PM 7/29-8/2 from 4-6:30PM Sophomores-Seniors and 6:30-8:30PM Freshmen.
