Join us for this program from the comfort of your own home. You will need the Zoom application on your computer, tablet or smart phone.
Work on joint mobility of your spine, shoulders and hips, as well as help build overall strength and balance. This program is appropriate for all practitioners, including students with chronic conditions or limitations due to age or size.
All forms of registration will be accepted including online, 24/7 drop box, mail-in, walk-in and phone. Walk-in customers are asked to call ahead to make an appointment.
Confirmation of online access to classes will be sent with follow-up email after the registration deadline.
