About This Activity
Description
This class is for teens and adults working on the basics of swimming. This includes gliding, body position, kicking, and learning crawl stroke. The small class size of 2 to 4 students allows the instructor to focus on the individual needs of each student. Be sure to include your goals when you register so the instructor can be prepared on the first day.
