Reptile Seekers Summer Camp is an exciting, hands-on adventure all about discovering reptiles in their natural habitats. Campers will immerse themselves in diverse ecosystems to find and learn about various reptile species, focusing on how they adapt to different microclimates. Through daily scavenger hunts, campers will sharpen their observation skills by tracking reptile habitats, identifying signs of animal activity, and comparing the plants and animals found in different environments. Interactive games, like guessing the best habitats for certain reptiles, will encourage campers to think critically about where and why specific reptiles thrive. Activities such as "Run Rabbit Run" and reptile camouflage games will teach campers how to blend into the environment and develop awareness of the reptiles around them. The camp will also include reptile egg hunts and chances to observe amphibians in their early life stages. By the end of the camp, campers will walk away with a deep understanding of reptile ecosystems and a sense of responsibility for protecting their habitats. Activities Include: Exploring diverse microclimates to find and study reptiles in their natural environments. Observing reptiles and their habitats without disturbing the wildlife.
