About This Activity
Description
Students will need to be able to swim a minimum of 25yds of front and back crawl, while putting their face in the water to move into these advanced lessons. Student will learn breaststroke, sidestroke, and how to tread water for longer periods of time. Students will refine stroke technique of all major competitive strokes while building endurance. This advanced level is for students who are looking to use swim as a form of exercise, training, and learning to refine their swimming skills.All program withdraw or transfer requests must be received in writing before the 20th of the month prior to the program start date. After the 20th of the month, all credit and transfer requests are at the discretion of the program director.
No class will be held on Independence Day Friday, July 4.
No class will be held the week of Monday August 18 through Sunday August 24 for our Enhancement Week.
