Improve your basketball skills and confidence at this seven-week youth basketball program at the Life Fitness Center. Coach Joseph Hill and Coach Zac Myers from the Quad City United and Quad City Basketball Academy offer a high-energy environment for you to hone in on your strengths, work on your weaknesses, and learn how to play competitively in a team setting. The Complete Essential Skills Training Program helps players develop athletically, refine fundamental basketball skills and enhance their skill set at the post, wing, or guard position. Players will be trained in shooting, defense, athleticism, footwork, passing, and work on in-game basketball concepts in scrimmages.
Seven (7) Different Program Dates to Choose From: Saturdays, May 8, 15, 22, 29, and June 12, 19, and 26
