About This Activity
Early Bird sign up will run from October 15, 2024, through December 31, 2024, at a discounted rate of $750.00. Thats a $75-100 reduction off our costs. Effective January 1, 2025, through March 31, 2025, our rates increase to $800.00, From April 1, 2025, to June 30, 2025, our price increases to $835. After July 1, 2025, the cost goes to $850 per child. To secure you rate you must sign up and make the deposit. We have set up a 6-month installment plan to help parents who wish to spread the payments over time. Starting April 1, 2025, until camp, no refunds will be given. If payment is not received in full on or before June 30, 2025, for any reason, your child's spot may be reallocated to someone else, and there will be no refund given. For those who wish to apply for camperships/scholarship funds, the camperships application process will open on November 15, 2024, and will close when all funding has been awarded. You will be able to download and submit the camperships application form starting November 15, 2024, from our website: www.camp4kids.org. under About Camp, then go to Campership Application. Once completed please email to Campership@camp4kids.org. All funds will be award first come, first serve based on need. IN ORDEDR TO RECEIVE THEWSE FUNDS YOU MUST SUBMIT PROFIT OF INCOME AND LAST YEARS TAX RETURNS. If you receive any form of Campership assistance from Camp4Kids or any other foundation, organization or person, you will NOT be allowed any further discounts including sibling discount. These funds are property of Camp4Kids, and you are not entitled to any credit, or refunds should you drop out of camp at any time.
