About This Activity
Early Bird sign up will run from only from November 1 – December 31, 2025, at a discounted rate of $850.00. Thereafter the camp rate shall be $880.00. To secure your children’s place you must sign up and make the deposit. We have set up a 6-month installment plan to help parents who wish to spread the payments overtime. Starting April 1, 2026, no refunds of any kind will be given, since we must use these funds to pay for Camp Oakes staff, food, programs upfront before camp starts. If payment in full is not received on or before June 30, 2026, for any reason, your child's spot may be reallocated to someone else, and there will be no refund given. We normally sell out before camp starts. For those who wish to apply for camperships funds, the camperships application process will open on January 1, 2026, and will close when all funding has been awarded. You will be able to download and send the camperships application form starting November 1, 2025, from our website: www.camp4kids.org. Once completed please email to Campership@camp4kids.org. All funds are awarded in the order they are received. IN ORDEDR TO RECEIVE CAMPERSHIP FUNDS YOU MUST SUBMIT PROFIT OF INCOME AND LAST YEARS TAX RETURNS, NO EXCEPTIONS. If you receive any form of aid from Camp4Kids or any other foundation, or person, you will NOT be allowed any further discounts including sibling discounts. These funds are the property of Camp4Kids, and you are not entitled to any credit, or refunds should you decide not to attend camp.
