Get Ready for Camp! Our Early Bird Registration runs November 1 – December 31, 2025, at a special discounted price of $850. After that, the regular camp rate will be $880. To secure your child’s spot, simply register and submit the required deposit. We also offer a 6-month installment plan for families who prefer to spread out their payments—making things a little easier on your budget! Please note: • Starting April 1, 2026, all payments become non-refundable, as funds are used in advance for Camp Oakes staff, food, and programming. • Full payment is due by June 30, 2026. If payment is not received by this date, your child’s spot may be given to another camper, and no refund will be issued. Camp typically sells out, so please plan accordingly! ________________________________________ Camperships (Financial Aid) • The campership application period opens January 1, 2026, and closes once all funding has been awarded. • You may download the application beginning November 1, 2025 at our website. Once completed, email it to Campership@camp4kids.org. Funds are awarded in the order applications are received. Important: To receive campership funds, you must submit proof of income AND last year’s tax returns. No exceptions. If you receive financial aid from Camp4Kids, another foundation, or an individual, you cannot receive additional discounts, including sibling discounts.
