MIDDLE SCHOOL FOOTBALL CAMP: Led by MIKE HERNANDEZ, former college football player, coach and strength coach. This camp will cover both offensive and defensive drill work. We will have football specific agility and speed drill work. There will be a classroom type teaching session each day. This will be a non-contact camp. Please wear shorts, tennis shoes (you can bring cleats as well). Please bring a water bottle. We will have MIDDLE SCHOOL FOOTBALL LIFTING SCHOOL immediately following this 2 hour football camp. If you sign up for this, you will want to sign up for the LIFT SCHOOL. It will be a great lifting segment following the football camp. It will be a great picture of a fall football practice environment
