Baseball In-Season Strength Program... will be a MAINTENANCE LIFTING PROGRAM TWICE PER WEEK LED BY JOSH LAMB. THIS WILL BE FOCUSED ON ARM-CARE, MAINTENANCE LIFTING (WHICH IS COMMON FOR MOST COLLEGE & PROFESSIONAL PLAYERS WHO DO NOT WANT TO LOSE STRENGTH THEY GAINED IN OFF-SEASON). IT'S VERY COMMON FRO MOST HIGHER LEVEL PLAYERS TO LIFT 2-3 TIMES PER WEEK IN-SEASON. THIS CAN BE A KEY TO HOLDING ON TO QUALITY PLAY ALL THE WAY THRU THE SEASON AND NOT GETTING TIRED AS THE WEATHER HEATS UP. THIS PROGRAM WILL FOCUS ON MORE MOBILITY IN THE MOVEMENT THAN HEAVY WEIGHT. HIGHER REPS. ARM CARE AND CORE TRAINING. JOSH LAMB (FORMER UTSA BASEBALL PLAYER AND CURRENT DUGOUT COACH) WILL BE LEADING THIS PROGRAM. JOSH ALSO LED OUR WINTER BASEBALL CONDITIONING PROGRAM AND THIS SPRING PROGRAM IS PICKING UP WHERE THAT LEFT OFF (BUT WITH THE UNDERSTANDING OF THE TIME OF THE YEAR AND THE FACT KIDS ARE ALSO MANAGING GAMES AND PRACTICE). Feb. 19-April 11 (2 x per week, we will meet on Monday's and Thursday's). 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM. If adjustments need to be made based off a collective request from the group, we can alter the times that we meet. This is for Age 13-18. The Cost is $599 for the 8 week program.
