About This Activity
Description
(Ages: 6-12) Prerequisites: Successful completion of Level 3 class or child must be able to successfully perform 15 yards of front crawl and backstroke with rhythmic breathing, 15 yards of elementary backstroke and one minute of treading water. They should be familiar with dolphin and breaststroke kicks. Class Focus: Improve and practice basic strokes. We'll introduce you to breaststroke, butterfly and wall turns. Increase endurance by swimming further!
