(Ages: 13-18) Improve your swimming for fitness skills. Work with an instructor to set goals and receive feedback! Teen Fitness and Stroke Improvement is an hour-long drop-in class. Participants should be capable of swimming the entire length of the pool to best participate. Class size of 6 due to space/instructor limitations.
