Cardio drumming is a fun workout incorporating drumming, movement, and most importantly music. The workout lasts 35-45 minutes, which includes stretching, warm-up, workout, and cool down. Cardio drumming takes simple movements (such as drumming) and turns it into a full body workout that will leave you smiling, sweating, and feeling great. This exercise brings together drumsticks, an exercise ball, and a 17-gallon plastic bucket to create one of the most fun workouts you will ever do! Equipment needed: A 75-cm exercise ball, 17-gallon plastic bucket with rope handles, and drumsticks. Participants can purchase their own equipment or rent from the instructor. For those interested in renting from the instructor, a limited number of supplies are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The rental fee is $5/class. Arrangement must be made in advance of class to pick up items at Community Education’s office.
